Solution 1 - Clear cached data and browser history
Step 1. Close all Chrome browser windows.
Step 2. Open a new Chrome browser and click the three dots in the top right corner.
Step 3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Step 4. Scroll down to Privacy and Security
Step 5. Click the arrow next to Clear Browser Data

Step 6. Select ALL TIME for Time Range
Tick Brower History, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear Files
Click Clear Files

Step 7. Select ALL TIME for Time Range
Tick Brower History, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear Files
Click Clear Files
Step 8. Restart your device and check if problem has been resolved. If the problem persists, please continue to Solution 2 below.
Solution 2 -Check Google Chrome Image Setting
Step 1. Close all Chrome browser windows.
Step 2. Open a new Chrome browser and click the three dots in the top right corner.
Step 3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Step 4. Scroll down to Privacy and Security
Step 5. Select Site Settings
Step 6. Scroll down to Content and select Images
Step 7. Toggle Show all to ON. If this Show all setting was already ON. Please contact IT Support.
