Steps for Windows Operating System Laptops
- Click on windows icon (start) from bottom left of your screen. Go to settings and select devices and printers.
- Click on add printer or scanners.
- If you are not connected to printer or any error shows, then click on Run the troubleshooter as shown in below screenshot.
- It will start detecting problems.
- It will ask you to troubleshoot or select the printer? If the desire printer is there then please select the printer. Otherwise please select “My printer is not listed”.
- Click on Open Add Printer Wizard
- Scroll up and down to select the printer as shown below and hit next button when selection of printer is completed.
- It will install necessary drivers which is required for this printer. While installing drivers if it is showing any errors then please ignore it. It will ask you to print the test page as below screenshot.
- If it is not printing any test page, then please confirm the printer’s name is correct or not. If the printer connection issue persists, then please contact support@aitc.qld.edu.au by sending an email or call (07) 31535105
