Parent Lounge - Forgotten Password

Logging into Parent Lounge

1.  From our main Website: https://theindustryschool.com.au/ , select "COLLEGE PORTALS" and click on "Parent Lounge"
2. From the Parent Lounge Login page, click on the link to the campus your young person attends.

Resetting Password

2. Enter your 5 digit parent code* in the Username field, fill out email and security code fields.
3. You will receive an email to reset your password. 

*If you can't find your parent code, please send an email to support@theindustryschool.com.au and they will send you your parent code.

Please Note:  For privacy reasons our IT Support Team can only give information to parents with names and email addresses appear on the enrolment contract.
